We recently built a beautiful home with ACX industries and couldn’t be happier with the end result! We started our journey in 2020 by designing our dream home, however needed a builder who had the same vison we did. Our build started whilst Victoria was going through lockdowns, but to our surprise this didn’t hold up our build. Alex was organised, very professional in all our interactions, transparent in was included and made the whole process very easy and stress free. Alex has been in the building industry for a long while and his passion for what he does and attention to detail shines through. We initially met with Alex in his office where he went through our initial quote, based off this our contract was created. Alex was able to answer our many questions with detail and from experience, and offered many ideas that we hadn’t considered prior to speaking with him. Again, his passion was evident. The initial quote we received from AXC was very competitive and had some great inclusions such as high ceilings, double glazing throughout the home, a great range of floor/tiles and 40mm stone benchtops. Alex kept us informed each step of the way and was easy to communicate with if we had any questions or concerns. We were able to go onsite throughout the process, to check the progress of our home. This was very reassuring as we could see our vision slowly take shape. We wanted out kitchen to be the ‘heart’ of our home and were very keen to see how this turned out. Alex would often send us photos of the progress of our kitchen, but we were blown away when we got to see it in person. We were invited to see our kitchen which was being put together by Joe from ….. Joe was very easy to deal with and had lots of experience in the industry. We were very impressed by his attention to detail, precise measurements and willingness to create a timeless kitchen that met the brief. Most of the time we dealt directly with Alex, but when we did speak with any other tradespeople they were polite, friendly and happy to give us a quick update. At the start of our build Alex said he would build our home as if he was building his own, and he definitely delivered on this. Not only is Alex a knowledgeable, skilled builder he is also genuine, friendly, family man who was an absolute pleasure to meet and work alongside. With big builders dominating the industry, it’s not easy to come by a quality builder, and ACX is unquestionably one of the best! If we ever build again, we will be giving AXC a call.

We have been absolutely blown away with our experience with Alex. We have just finished a three townhouse site with him and he has been nothing short of excellent to work with. He works so hard to make sure that he and his trades work quickly and to a very high standard. Communication is reliable and quick and every effort was made to meet our requests.
